Role Overview
As a Life Benefits Specialist, you will work directly with members who have requested benefits information through their organization. This is a
client-service-focused role , centered on education, compliance, and relationship management-not cold outreach or high-pressure sales.
High-performing specialists may progress into
senior advisory, mentoring, or leadership roles
based on performance, consistency, and professional readiness.

Strong time management and follow-through in a remote setting. Growth-Oriented:
