Local State Farm Insurance Agency | In-Office Position
We're looking to add an in-house Client Services Agent to our growing agency. This role supports existing clients, assists with service and sales conversations, and helps our leadership team stay out of the weeds so we can keep growing the right way
This is an in-office role and requires insurance licensing, which we will support and coach you through if you're the right fit
What You'll Be Responsible For
Supporting existing clients with service needs such as policy changes, billing questions, and general account support Assisting with in-office customer appointments Helping identify opportunities within existing client accounts (reviews, pivots, coverage gaps) Working assigned book lists to follow up with clients who may need additional coverage Supporting leadership by reducing day-to-day service load Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in agency systems Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings What This Role Is (and Is Not)
This is not a cold-calling job. This is not a high-pressure sales role
This is a client-focused position with growth potential into higher-level service or sales responsibilities over time
What We're Looking For
Local candidate able to work in-office Strong communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and coachable Comfortable learning systems and processes Willing to obtain required insurance licenses (we provide guidance and support) Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
