Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in

desktop support

or

executive support

roles. Strong expertise in

Microsoft Windows 10/11 ,

Office 365 , Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Familiarity with

Active Directory ,

Intune ,

SCCM , and software distribution. Strong working knowledge of

mobile device management

(MDM) for iOS and Android. Experience with

AV systems ,

Zoom/Teams conferencing , and

conference room setups . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor and ability to work with discretion. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment. Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
