This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager, based in Sugar Land, TX. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations across assigned commercial properties, ensuring optimal asset performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors and is responsible for maintaining high property standards.

Oversee daily property operations, inspections, and maintenance Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and handle tenant communications Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service providers Manage vendor relationships and service contracts Monitor operating budgets, invoices, and expenses Ensure compliance with lease terms, safety standards, and company policies Conduct routine property inspections and prepare condition reports Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, tenant experience, and asset value Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year (based on experience) Qualifications
Experience in commercial or retail property management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Professional demeanor with strong tenant service skills Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
