Established in 1990, Donohoe Real Estate Services grew out of a desire to provide expanded lines of business services to a growing number of clients and to stand out in a crowded field of real estate firms by being completely client-centric. Today known as Donohoe Commercial Real Estate (DCRE), the division continues to build upon its history by providing creative solutions to real estate challenges, delivering positive results to clients, and fostering professional development opportunities for team members.

Responsibilities The Sr. Property Manager (“Manager”) oversees the daily operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and maintenance of a commercial real estate property or portfolio of properties. The Manager serves as a key liaison between ownership, tenants, and internal business partners (leasing, accounting, and management), ensuring the building(s) is operated efficiently, tenants are satisfied, and that quality and safety standards are met. Additonally, this role will manage contractor and vendor relationships, and may manage direct reports.
