Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries from routine questions to complex issues Provide timely and accurate resolutions using available bank tools and resources Serve as a resource for operations, policy, and procedure information for both associates and clients Act as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting and taking appropriate actions Identify and promote cross-sales opportunities to clients, making referrals to sales teams when applicable What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of PC-based software and ability to work in multiple applications simultaneously Strong keyboard skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
