Customer Service Specialist Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the full frontend process to ensure excellent service. Duties include: Patient & Provider Support Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed Respond to emails quickly and professionally Communicate with patients, referral sources, and internal teams Order & Scheduling Coordination Review referral information for accuracy Create patient orders or schedule equipment per physician prescriptions Process orders and route calls to the correct department Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution Performance Expectations Meet call response and email turnaround goals Maintain accurate documentation Deliver friendly, empathetic, and professional customer service On-Call Requirements (After Becoming Direct)
Once hired directly, employees participate in a rotating on-call schedule: On-Call Schedule 1 weekend day per month:
9 AM - 9 PM 1 weeknight per month:
5 PM - 9 PM Schedules are released quarterly (in 3-month blocks) Employees may trade or pick up additional shifts On-Call Pay & Structure On-call shifts are remote Hours are logged only when on the phone with customers Logged hours are paid at time and a half (OT) Even if no calls are received, on-call stipends are still paid Stipends Weeknights: $25 Weekends: $60 Holidays: $100 Ideal Candidate

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southfield, MI. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
