Camp Shomria is seeking a full-time Camp Director to lead our summer camp and year-round programming. This role is ideal for someone who believes deeply in youth leadership, community-building, and values-driven education—and who’s excited to hold both big-picture vision and day-to-day operations. The Camp Director oversees recruitment and enrollment, staff hiring and supervision, programming, operations, budgeting, fundraising collaboration, and partnerships with families, alumni, and the broader Jewish camping world. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant presence required throughout the year and during the full camp season. You’ll work closely with youth leadership, shlichimot, staff, and the Board to ensure Camp Shomria is a safe, joyful, and meaningful space for campers and staff alike. Experience in Jewish summer camp, youth movements, or youth-focused nonprofit leadership Strong people management skills, including hiring, supervising, and supporting staff Experience with recruitment, enrollment, and community outreach Comfort managing complex logistics, operations, and budgets Ability to build relationships with parents, volunteers, board members, and community partners Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to values-driven education, youth empowerment, and collective leadership Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, immersive, and relational work environment Location:
