Role Summary
Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) for Prostate, field-based and remote role supporting key accounts in Cleveland East, Ohio. Responsible for driving demand, shaping strategic plans, and strengthening referral and treatment networks for prostate cancer care by championing the RLT platform across diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios. Collaborates with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine specialists, and Radiation Oncologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Own business relationships with prescribing and referring physicians; develop and execute territory business plans, deliver disease education on diagnostic/therapeutic aspects, product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs. Support product access, implement competitive responses, and maintain/grow key accounts in line with defined priorities and company policies. Develop tools and strategies to gain access and engage HCP targets within territory accounts; position RLT as the partner of choice in community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts. Demonstrate self-awareness, continuous learning, and adaptability to optimize execution; communicate clearly, handle objections, and drive actionable commitments. Maintain deep understanding of territory market landscape, competitors, and product/clinical data to anticipate changes and optimize execution. Develop and execute call plans to achieve goals, promoting a technical and innovative product portfolio to a sophisticated audience. Utilize sales data tools to identify trends and opportunities for territory and customer growth. Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Required:
3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; experience in other complex sales environments is welcome. Required:
1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics. Required:
1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within the last 5 years. Required:
Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills; proven track record of high performance; ability to sell to large accounts and key customer segments. Required:
Self-starter with analytical abilities; ethical leadership and compliance with company policies and laws. Required:
Residence within the territory or within 50 miles commuting distance; ability to travel 60–80% nationally; valid driver’s license. Preferred:
Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and product launches; broad understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and related activities. Skills
