Responsibilities
Manage relationships through the sales process while supporting current accounts.
Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
Engage with clients and participate in cross-functional work to expand experience.
Manage projects from beginning to end as a critical team member, with a focus on accuracy and variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strengthen customer relationships and support the team with warehouse operations.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Customer service, computer skills, math skill, measurement knowledge, and organization skills
Light warehouse duties
Forklift skills a bonus but not necessary
