Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills Market Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilities Knowledge of Steel Products, Import, Export, and Global Trade Processes Proficiency in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
