This role focuses on building a loyal client base, delivering an elevated and highly personalized experience at every step.
What You’ll Do
Build your client network through virtual consultations, social media engagement, referrals, and event networking Execute and host virtual and private appointments, presenting collections with tailored recommendations based on each client’s style and occasion Represent the brand at pop-ups, trunk shows, and partner activations, engaging attendees and capturing leads Support clients at our Chicago showroom location: 676 N Michigan Ave Track key client milestones to recommend meaningful purchases Maintain detailed records of preferences, wish lists, and purchase history for personalized outreach Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience Provide exceptional aftercare to encourage repeat purchases and referrals What You Bring
Sales experience in fine jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end client services Active, revenue-producing client book (required) Resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to attract new clientele and uncover sales opportunities Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Organizational skills for managing client portfolios Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive energy that embraces DRD’s core values Performance Expectations
