Responsibilities

Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth within the Strategic National Accounts (SNA) customer segment of the South Division.

Coordinate with Region Leadership and local sales teams to ensure adherence to contractual commitments.

Develop account plans for assigned strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities and action items to increase sales volume and profitability.

Identify new product opportunities based on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.

Record daily sales activities, proactively schedule and manage future commercial actions, and manage prospecting activities and opportunities.

Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure maximum profits and value for Airgas and customers.

Communicate sales activities to Region Leadership using CRM reports derived from recorded activity.

Present monthly results including wins (new site implementations, product expansion within existing customers, executed agreements).

Act as liaison between Regions and National Accounts Sales teams to communicate information that impacts regional results, with emphasis on account retention and volume growth.

Requirements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

3-5 years of prior technical solution-driven sales experience.

PC skills with Google workspace applications (Sheets, Smartsheets, Docs, Meets, Slides, Forms, Power BI).

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to organizational growth.

Preferred Qualifications :

Industrial gas knowledge preferred

Previous national account management highly preferred

Experience with value-added incentives (rebates, payment terms) highly preferred
