Responsibilities
Act as a BPaaS expert for Workday Benefits Administration, Payroll, Tax & Garnishment Administration, and Accounts Payable Administration Services
Support sales team by leading functional discussions and presentations alongside Account Executives
Implement value-selling processes utilizing knowledge of Workday products and OSV services
Contribute to the preparation of RFI/RFP documents with functional and process-related insights
Collaborate with pre-sales teams, customers, and OSV team members to ensure seamless communication
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a pre-sales or consulting role
In-depth knowledge of administrative tasks related to payroll, tax & garnishments, benefits, and accounts payable automation
General understanding of Accounts Payable Processing
Strong presentation skills, both in small and large group settings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Workday HR & Payroll technology is a plus
