Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing awareness and adoption of Amazon Web Services by engaging with Financial Services organizations who are reinventing their IT strategy by adopting cloud computing? As an account executive within Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on the Federal Financial Business within the US Worldwide Public Sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build the broad use of AWS services. You will develop and manage a growing book of business for finance organizations, drive business and technical relationships, and close business at a rapid rate by identifying key opportunities, markets, contract vehicles and solutions. You will establish deep business and technical relationships through knowledge of the customer’s mission and environment, with day-to-day interactions at CXO level in top strategic customer accounts. You will help customers use AWS services to enable business transformation across their organization and the broader financial services industries that they regulate. The ideal candidate will possess both a business background to drive engagements at the executive level and a technical background to interact with software developers and architects. You should be able to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, and build and convey compelling value propositions. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen. Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience Bachelor\'s degree Preferred Qualifications

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
