Manager, ACS Sales We are seeking a strategic leader to manage a team of quota-carrying Subscription & Custom Professional Services Sales Specialists focused on Adobe's service offerings: Ultimate Success, Integrated Services, Customer Learning and Custom Professional Services. This role is fully dedicated to leadership, team development, and driving regional success across all subscription products and custom professional services. Responsibilities

As the Manager to this team, you will lead a dynamic group focused on driving strategic sales of subscription-based and custom professional services. You will be responsible for enabling customer success through tailored service solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes. Own regional quota and pipeline accountability across all subscription products and custom professional services. Sales Leadership

Develop and lead sales strategies for Adobe's subscription and custom professional services portfolio. Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and growing existing customer relationships. Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales specialists to achieve and exceed performance targets. Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture that emphasizes consultative selling.

Customer Engagement

Partner with clients to understand business goals and develop customized service offerings. Oversee the creation and delivery of Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with customer needs and delivery capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Customer Success, Services Customer Engagement Team, Product Marketing teams to promote seamless execution and consistent messaging. Act as a liaison between sales and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Thought Leadership

Stay informed on industry trends and evolving customer needs. Represent Adobe at internal and external forums, sharing successful experiences and great customer outcomes. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of critical thinking, sales savvy, and leadership experience in professional services and subscription-based offerings. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading teams, driving bookings, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Proven sales leadership with consistent quota attainment. Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products and associated service models (e.g., Ultimate Success, Integrated Services, custom SOWs). Strong presales solutioning and estimation skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and collaborator management skills. Exceptional communication and executive presentation capabilities. Analytical and critical thinking with a customer-first mentality. Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing. Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams. As a strategic customer-facing role, travel for in-person customer engagements and team development and cross-team collaboration (anticipated 30%) is encouraged. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $289,000 -- $471,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In New York, the pay range for this position is $325,600 - $471,550. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. State-Specific Notices
