premier luxury multifamily developer
to find their next Leasing Consultant for a stunning high-rise property in Chicago's Gold Coast.
The Role You'll be the face of the property – guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey, showcasing luxury amenities, and delivering a white-glove experience from first tour to move-in.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of luxury apartment leasing experience
Track record of meeting/exceeding leasing targets
Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office
Outstanding communication skills
Weekend availability required
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 (base + commission)
