Rillet is scaling quickly, and go-to-market is a core product function. This role exists for an Account Executive who wants to
help define how Rillet wins , not just run a script. You’ll be selling into finance teams that care deeply about rigor, ROI, and trust, while helping them adopt AI-powered systems that fundamentally change how their companies operate. This is a role with real ownership over motion, messaging, and outcomes. What You’ll Own
As an Account Executive at Rillet, you’ll operate as a full-cycle seller with agency and accountability. You’ll help shape the GTM playbook while executing relentlessly against it. You will: Help build and refine the GTM playbook through message testing, ROI analyses, and channel experimentation
Own complex, multi-threaded deals from SQL through close
Perform strategic, personalized outreach to priority accounts
Work cross-functionally with founders, product, and engineering to relay real-time customer feedback
Act as the face of Rillet to CFOs, finance leaders, and accounting teams
Build trusted executive relationships grounded in value, clarity, and outcomes
Quantify impact and help customers understand the ROI of a zero-day close

Requirements
3–5+ years of Account Executive experience at a top-tier SaaS startup
Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience selling to CFOs, finance leaders, or accounting teams (or comparable executive buyers)
Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify value and ROI
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Comfort becoming a trusted product expert and customer advocate
