Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Oversea Sales position located in Orlando, FL. The Oversea Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales calls to potential clients, providing training to customers, and managing the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop customer relationships to grow sales and repeat business
Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly
Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients
Provide training to customers on products, services, and processes
Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; another language is a plus
Creative and strategic thinking skills to develop new opportunities
Proven track record of sales success
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Experience in training and leading sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in sales management, preferably with building materials or in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
