Sales Operations Associate . The
Sales Operations Associate
provides support of the US CRM Commercial Sales Organization by managing various initiatives, reporting, and analytics as related to the Sales Operations team. This role is also responsible for training and supporting the success of the implementation & issue resolution of the Salesforce platform in the general areas of invoicing management and field inventory management.
What you’ll do
Manage the responsibilities of the Sales Operations role as related to, but not limited to, the following:
Support Field Sales Representatives and Managers with processing orders in Salesforce
Problem solve sales order and commercial operation issues with a strong sense of urgency
Examples of support provided, includes, Salesforce Sales Order entry corrections and adjustments, inventory related swaps in Salesforce.com
Support field teams with phone calls, emails, and Teams instant messaging
Develop and maintain understanding of Sales Operations processes, other key functional area processes, as well as various IT systems used in support of the sales force.
Understanding & training ability to utilize Salesforce & SAP technology.
Develops strong, positive working relationships with Sales Operations team members, Customer Service team members, Inventory teams, Quality team members, Field Sales Representatives and Managers, and other personnel this position will interact with on a daily basis.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop project requirements, scope, and execute on project delivery.
Travel for meetings and trainings, as needed,

Support various efforts to define, analyze, and recommend solutions to address sales issues based on an understanding of our current business processes and future business needs.
Ability to support multiple Field Sales Representatives and Managers, on a national level
Performs related functions and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience You’ll Bring Required
Bachelor’s Degree
1 year minimum experience
Requires Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word application expertise.
Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills are essential.
Candidate must possess a strong customer service orientation.
Preferred
Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or Commercial Operations experience
Experience with Salesforce.com and SAP
Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs
Demonstrated project management skills a plus.
Must be able to work independently and work effectively in a team environment, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
