Responsibilities

Support IFX Distribution Account Manager

Act as the liaison between the Distributor and Infineon in support of Sales, Assets, Purchasing, Order Management Support, Supply & Logistics tasks and activities

First level escalation customer engagement

Drive distribution specific measures KPIs via reporting and follow up, for example, Accurate design registrations, New Product Introduction Ordering and reporting, and manage MARCOM/Sales Campaigns

Qualifications

5+ years of sales operations/inside sales in a manufacturing company, preferably semi-conductor and either distribution or contract manufacturing channel

Highly organized and adaptable

Be proactive and take personal initiative to solve, drive topics even if not having all of the answers

Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where everyday can be different

Ability to handle multiple tasks on a regular basis, and prioritize them

Excellent communication skills and follow up with customers.

Ability to understand reporting in Excel, Tableau and other reporting platforms

San Jose, CA: Minimum of $125,360 Salary per year/ Maximum of $172,370 Salary per year

El Segundo, CA Minimum of $101,280 Salary per year/ Maximum of $139,260 Salary per year

Livonia, MI Minimum of $95,840 Salary per year/ Maximum of $131,780 Salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
