Responsibilities

Engage with healthcare professionals to discuss product science and brand messaging

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology indications and apply sales plans consistently

Communicate brand value propositions through clear and compliant messaging

Build and manage account plans utilizing insights and key data sources

Collaborate with the Cross-Functional Team to address healthcare professional needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent for sales professionals

Minimum of five years’ experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, with a focus on oncology

Fluent in Italian with the ability to travel frequently

Understanding of relevant Pharmaceutical Industry Codes of Practice (e.g., EFPIA)

Proficient in using data, CRM tools, and delivering effective presentations

Preferred Qualifications

Launch experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Proficiency in English language skills
