Assist in the maintenance of company Standards of Operation. Provide proper control of rental accounts to ensure that payments are received on time. Ensure proper and timely delivery, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise. Be responsible for rental (lease) agreements, merchandise, and provide preferred customer relations. Expedite handling of non-renewed accounts. Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communication with customers, co-workers, and management. Maintain accounts on the assigned route to non-renewed percentages at or below the company’s weekly close/open standard. Responsible for delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls on rented (lease) merchandise. Collect monies from delivery of merchandise and from collection home visits. Provide security of monies while in the field. Relocate merchandise if the customer moves from their residence without notifying the store. Pull files and work on information for recovery and/or generating new information. Maintain the assigned vehicle in proper working condition and appearance. Maintain proper care and security of inventory during transport. Compensation and Benefits
