Role Summary

Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology serving South St. Louis, MO, Jonesboro, AR, and North Little Rock, AR. Focused on selling immunology dermatology products within the Janssen Biotech portfolio, aligning with market strategies to drive business results. Responsibilities

Be responsible for attaining sales objectives, presenting complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech's immunology products and services to Dermatology healthcare professionals, government bodies, professional/patient groups, health plans, and others involved in decision-making. Use discretion and judgment to execute the franchise and company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment, including physicians, staff, hospital specialists, clinics, and pharmacists in a defined geographic area. Influence decision-makers and influencers within assigned customers to support use of the company’s products by applying clinical and business expertise and effective selling skills. Execute local marketing strategies, leveraging resources and collaborating with team members to share ideas and information to enhance results. Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers who influence healthcare provider systems. Qualifications

Required: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree Required: A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary Required: Must reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate to it Required: Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry, or large account management, or business-to-business experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military Required: The ability to travel which includes overnight travel Preferred: Experience selling injectable/infused products Preferred: Working knowledge of immunology and/or the Dermatology field Preferred: Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues Preferred: Project-oriented selling experience in a high incentive, individual performance culture with documented sales success Preferred: Completion of Management Development courses Skills
