We are currently seeking a driven Account Manager with excellent consultative and presentation skills. In this role, you will learn to navigate our Field Service software solution, provide engaging online demonstrations, and consistently hit your monthly quotas.

What You'll Do:
Engage proactively with assigned SMB RealGreen customer accounts to understand their business needs and clearly communicate the value of our products.
Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and ensure account health.
Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account planning sessions to align on goals and identify new growth opportunities.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer priorities and meet certification standards.
Manage the expansion sales cycle, from Discovery through negotiation and closing, including preparing sales agreements.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to boost Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Maintain a robust pipeline of whitespace opportunities while achieving your monthly, quarterly, and yearly ARR quotas.
Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and effective pipeline management within Salesforce.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of proven success in a sales or business development role, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building credibility and rapport quickly with clients.
A consultative approach to selling, capable of identifying client needs and aligning them with the best solutions.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and advancing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
A commitment to delivering value in every customer interaction.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft is beneficial.
Salary:
$65,000 - $105,000 a year. Note that the final salary will depend on various factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, and our budget.
