Sales Trainee – San Diego, CA – This training role prepares candidates for the Account Sales Manager position. The trainee supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Support sales initiatives and route coverage for ASM.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off‑premise stores.
Service all customers safely, professionally, complying with Red Bull execution standards.
Obtain and use tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing) to execute the daily plan.
Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
Train with ASMs.
Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
Support audits, blitz, display building, merchandise to drive sales.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
At least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.
