Position Direct Sales Representative – Universal
(Sign-On Bonus $2,500)
Location: Boston, MA to Arlington, MA greater market
Opportunity to earn up to $89,000 or more with uncapped commissions. Base salary $39,900 with a commission plan and opportunities to exceed quota. You will represent a superior internet package and company that cares about you and our customers.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
Prepare sales information for customers
Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
Remain knowledgeable about changes and developments within the product/service line
Work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Build relationships with residential customers within the serviceable footprint
Possess excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills
Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously
Have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft products
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Sales/marketing background in telecommunications a plus
Ability to meet physical requirements (walking, lifting up to 20 lbs, standing)
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $39,900 with uncapped commissions and bonuses
Commission component: targeted $50,000 annually with potential for higher earnings
Paid training, excellent benefits including 401(k) with employer match, medical/dental/vision, life and STD
Paid time off, floating holidays, paid holidays, paid sick leave (varies by state/local laws)
Tuition reimbursement and employee discount program
Company-issued cell phone and mileage reimbursement

Work Location This role is field-based in the Greater Boston, MA area, with travel within the defined market.
