Job Summary/Description We are seeking an experienced, dynamic sales professional to join our Telemundo Sales Team as a Telemundo Multi-Media Sales Manager. This dual-role position combines direct sales responsibilities with account management, team leadership, and training duties. The ideal candidate will close sales quotas while mentoring and developing our local sales team in Hispanic media expertise. This role drives revenue growth and builds long-term client partnerships in the Hispanic advertising market.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Serve as a Hispanic media expert for the station and conduct joint sales calls with station Media Executives to establish credibility and close complex deals; develop and close new business broadcast and digital accounts through strategic outreach and relationship building; prepare and present accurate sales presentations tailored to client needs; create media plans detailing products used throughout the month, quarter, and year; establish relationships with local advertising agencies, direct clients, and key decision-makers in the Hispanic market; achieve all monthly and quarterly budgets and KPIs.

Leadership & Training: Provide Hispanic media sales training to local sales Media Executives; assist in closing and maintaining existing business accounts; lead and attend sales meetings, training sessions, client meetings, and promotional events; serve as a subject matter expert on Hispanic media advertising strategies and best practices; help strengthen the team’s knowledge of the Hispanic advertising landscape.

Qualifications / Requirements

Key Competencies & Essential Skills: Sales excellence with proven track record of exceeding quotas; ability to close deals; strong relationship-building skills; deep knowledge of Hispanic media ad sales and advertising agencies; excellent communication and presentation skills; training and leadership ability; adaptability in a fast-paced environment; performance-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

Desired Qualities: High energy, ambition, strategic thinking with strong execution; organizational and time-management skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Experience Requirements: Experience selling to Hispanic markets and working with Hispanic advertising agencies; leadership or mentoring experience (training sales staff preferred); success in broadcast and/or digital media sales.

Work Environment: Fast-paced, dynamic sales environment with multiple priorities and client demands; regular attendance at meetings, training sessions, and events; some flexibility for after-hours meetings.
