Account Executive – Early Childhood Education Field-Based | Territory Ownership | Purpose-Driven Sales As a Field Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming early childhood education. You’ll partner directly with public school districts, Head Start programs, and early learning organizations to help educators serving children from birth to age five deliver joyful, effective, research-based instruction. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in the field, loves consultative selling, and wants their work to make a real difference in classrooms and communities.

What You’ll Do

Lead Your Territory & Drive Growth Own and strategically manage a multi-state or regional territory with full accountability for growth. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through conferences, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Spend 3–4 days per week in the field meeting with district leaders, administrators, and educators. Partner closely with Inside Sales to execute coordinated, multi-channel outreach strategies. Consult, Demonstrate & Close Act as a trusted advisor to education leaders—listening deeply to challenges and aligning Frog Street solutions to their goals. Deliver engaging, high-impact in-person and virtual product demonstrations to educators, leadership teams, and evaluation committees. Develop customized proposals, quotes, and implementation plans that set customers up for long-term success. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Collaborate & Build Lasting Partnerships Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Professional Development, Customer Success, and Inside Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build long-term relationships rooted in trust, service, and results. Represent Frog Street as a knowledgeable, passionate partner in early childhood education. Stay Sharp & Informed Maintain strong knowledge of early childhood trends, policy changes, and funding cycles within your territory. Continuously build expertise in products, industry insights, and consultative sales best practices. Keep Salesforce activity and opportunity data accurate and up to date. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field 5+ years of sales experience (education sales strongly preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong consultative selling skills with exceptional listening and relationship-building abilities Experience generating pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking Comfort working independently in a remote, field-based role Team-oriented mindset with experience collaborating across Inside and Field Sales CRM experience, preferably Salesforce Must reside within the assigned territory Travel & Physical Requirements

Travel 3–4 days per week within territory, including overnight travel Deliver presentations virtually and onsite Ability to lift and transport sample materials and curriculum kits About Frog Street
