Overview Job/Position Summary

Serves customers and distribution channels by selling CTS products and meeting customer needs in the DACH region. Products include bulk piezoelectric ceramics, single crystals, multilayer ceramics, piezoelectric sensors and transducers. Focused markets are medical, defense and industrial segments.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and growth in the assigned region through direct sales and distribution channels.

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives within the assigned Region including development of new customers/programs that will achieve above market growth.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and partners within the region.

Address any issues or challenges that arise within the region, whether they relate to customers, team performance, or market conditions.

Establishes sales quotas and tracks performance against expectations.

Manage sales forecasting for the business with forward looking view on a monthly basis in the area of responsibility.

Provides competitive assessments, product or sales training, or pricing and contracting assistance to partners.

Assists marketing, advertising, or related departments in promoting the organization's products or services.

Qualifications

Selling experience with a proven track record of developing new customers in the DACH region.

5+ years of sales experience selling electronic components into medical, defense and/or industrial segments in the DACH region.

Bachelor's degree in engineering and technical background preferred.

Indirect people management and relationship building skills to seamlessly work with our channel partners in the region.

Travel within region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit sales team members as needed (25-50%)

Experience using Salesforce is a plus
