About the Job We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Sales Manager for the Benelux region to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This role involves strategizing to achieve targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality aerial work platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Benelux market
Identify new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research to uncover trends, gather insights, and identify competitive positioning
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, maximizing profitability
Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities to senior management
Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns
Provide clients with outstanding customer service and support
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the machinery or equipment industry, including direct experience in the Benelux region, preferably in aerial work platforms
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
Fluency in Dutch, and English; proficiency in German is a plus
Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed
