Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Coordinator at Austin Face and Body, located in Austin, TX. The Sales Coordinator will oversee sales operations, support the sales team in driving revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include managing communication with current and potential patients, preconsultations, lead management, in person consultations, coordinating schedules, maintaining personal sales reports, and ensuring a seamless experience for the patients and teams.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Plastic Surgery or Luxury Sales Coordination, with the ability to manage processes and contribute to physician support growth

Familiarity and ease with connecting with clients for high-dollar transactions

Experience in Customer Service, ensuring a positive client experience and addressing inquiries professionally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members

Sales experience, with proven ability to meet goals and support the sales team effectively

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
