We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Counselor to join a growing residential real estate team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working directly with buyers, presenting newly built homes, and guiding clients through the purchase process from first visit to closing. Success in this position is driven by relationship-building, market knowledge, and a strong closing mindset. About the Role

This is a field-based sales position focused exclusively on newly constructed residential communities. The role is not entry-level and requires prior sales experience, preferably within real estate or new home sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging walk-in traffic, networking with brokers, leveraging data-driven insights, and managing multiple buyers through the full sales cycle. Responsibilities

Buyer Engagement:

Welcome prospective buyers, provide sales materials, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the homebuying journey. Home Presentations:

Showcase model homes, floor plans, home sites, construction features, and available options. Sales Execution:

Address buyer questions, overcome objections, and confidently close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Transaction Management:

Collect offers and applications, assist with financing questions, track loan progress, and manage follow-ups through closing. Pipeline Management:

Conduct consistent follow-up with buyers, monitor cancellations, and maintain accurate sales documentation. Market Strategy:

Use competitive market analysis (CMA) and local data to position homes effectively. Business Development:

Network, generate referrals, collaborate with real estate brokers, and host community events and grand openings. Community Standards:

Ensure sales models, marketing materials, and community spaces are well maintained and presentation-ready. Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Skills:

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred. Work Style:

Self-motivated, action-oriented, and effective working both independently and within a team. Professionalism:

Consistently conduct business with integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards. Additional Requirements
