We are hiring a full-time Sales Representative to actively grow our customer base and drive new business throughout the state.
Bolted Box is a boutique provider of office and storage containers for commercial, industrial, and retail customers across Indiana. We are a young, growing, and Indiana-based company built by owners with decades of experience and proven success in this industry.
Success as a sales representative will lead to advancement, leadership, and management opportunities with Bolted Box. Be part of the early excitement as we build a multi-location provider competing in a large and growing market.
You will focus on winning new customers and enhancing current ones. Your job is to start conversations, build personal relationships, and help companies understand how Bolted Box can solve real problems on their jobsites. You will spend most of your time calling, emailing, and connecting with prospects from our in-person Carmel office location, with occasional out-of-office prospect visits as necessary. Using our marketing and CRM tools, you’ll build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, introduce prospects to our services, and turn interest into action. Many of these relationships grow into repeat business, giving you the chance to build a lasting book of customers rather than one-off transactions.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively prospect and develop new B2B accounts across Indiana using phone, email, and LinkedIn
Make introductions, identify pain points, and understand how prospects operate
Respond to inbound leads and convert interest into qualified opportunities
Educate customers on Bolted Box container solutions, pricing, and use cases
Differentiate Bolted Box from competitors and position us as the simple, reliable option
Build and manage your own pipeline with our CRM and marketing tools
Occasionally visit jobsites or local businesses to strengthen relationships
Nurture accounts over time and grow repeat business through trust and consistency
Represent a growing, professional brand in the market
What This Role Requires:
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
An Associate’s degree or higher
Strong communication skills by phone, email, and in person
Ability to manage a full sales cycle and talk products, features, use cases, price, timing, and scope with confidence
A self-motivated mindset with the organization and discipline to follow-up and manage pipeline without layers of management
Confidence opening doors, initiating conversations, and following up consistently, not just working inbound leads
Comfort working in-person, on a computer throughout the day, with the ability to learn and use multiple systems and tools
A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly
A professional, dependable approach to work
Preferred Background & Experience:
B2B sales experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial services, logistics, or a related field
Proficiency with CRM platforms and/or sales technology
A track record of building relationships and earning repeat business
Comfort working in a boutique, growing company
An entrepreneurial mindset with enjoyment in building something meaningful from the ground up
Interest in building a long-term book of business rather than chasing one-off deals
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (Typical on-target earnings range from the mid-$50s to the mid-$70s in the first year, with meaningful upside as you build your book of business)
Office based in Carmel, IN
