MISSION STATEMENT

JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the General Manager, Kentucky, the Account Executive is responsible for sales growth within a defined territory. Account executives are accountable for maintaining positive business relationships to ensure achievement of sales targets and individual sales KPIs across our portfolio of brands. Each account executive is responsible for creating territory level plans to hit goals and working with the regional marketing team to implement promotions, sampling, and in-store support. CORE JOB DUTIES Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Identify and engage prospective customers, manage leads through the sales pipeline, and support the closing of new business opportunities. Contribute to the achievement of monthly revenue and profitability targets by supporting account planning and goal setting. Manage day-to-day customer interactions, including order processing, issue resolution, and CRM documentation, to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. Support key performance indicators (KPIs) such as increased product distribution, re-order frequency, and successful execution of new product introductions. Share feedback and insights on the effectiveness of promotional programs and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including national accounts and marketing, to support sales goals and drive portfolio performance. Create and deliver impactful presentations tailored to different stakeholders using strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences by monitoring the market and gathering relevant intelligence. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and own transportation. Company reimburses mileage. This position requires the candidate to be based within Kentucky, with the ability to travel throughout the state. Must maintain a high level of integrity, be self-starting, have good time management, and sense of urgency. Highly motivated and performance-driven with strong organizational skills. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficiency with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). BENEFITS This role participates in a commission-based incentive structure in addition to base compensation outlined below.
