Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage options based on their circumstances
Run reports to verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as required
Qualifications
Must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles
Knowledge of market trends and regulations related to insurance
Ability to effectively communicate company guidelines to customers and team members
