Role Description This full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role is located in Beaver Dam, WI. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. Key responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires regular travel to engage with clients and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, or food processing equipment is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Willingness to travel as required for client visits and industry events.
