Manage your pipeline of new business clients coming from inbound and outbound lead sources. Work with customers to close deals, meeting their business needs and goals. Design and implement strategic plans to increase product market visibility and reach sales targets. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as product development and support. Base work on the individual sales goals as well as contribute to your team’s overall target. Ability to source 75% of the pipeline Domestic travel up to 25% of the time Job details

Full-time Permanent Contract 40 hours/week Hybrid working (Baltimore area/Remote) and regular travel to conferences, client sites, and special events. Hard skills and experience required

Basic understanding of cannabis operations and regulations Good understanding of cannabis products and market dynamics 2+ years experience in sales and meeting or exceeding targets Experience in SaaS sales is beneficial Experience cold-calling and closing deals Compensation

$25k/annual (base commensurate with experience) $50k (commission based on performance - no cap)
