As the Client Manager you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients by actively managing client accounts. You will participate in branch initiatives and we will rely on your leadership skills to help guide our Client Service associates and create a learning environment. You apply your business insight and strong dedication to service to create depth in our client relationships. We will look to you to develop and cultivate outstanding relationships within our branch and with our clients and vendor partners. How you’ll make an impact

You are the strategic relationship manager and client liaison for your assigned book of business. You will lead increasingly complex self-funded and fully insured accounts, collaborating closely with senior teammates and producers. You will seek to understand a client’s day-to-day needs while helping execute and manage their annual benefits strategy. You share market and industry expertise with clients and keep them well-informed of compliance‑related issues. You will cross‑solve with clients to identify and communicate additional Gallagher resources that may add value beyond current services, including Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, and more. You champion Gallagher tools, systems, and shared resources to maximize efficiency and quality in client deliverables. You support and execute the Employee Benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process. Success is measured through client retention, with a target of 95%. You guide, develop, and mentor new hires, Client Associates, and account management team members. You prioritize workflow and ensure accountability across internal teams, shared resources, vendors, and carrier partners while ensuring compliance with local and corporate standards. You complete internal professional development programs to strengthen your understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes. Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience – OR – High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Life & Health License is required. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self‑directed manner. Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
