Responsibilities
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Show a track record of real estate success
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation
Proven track record of successfully closing real estate transactions and managing documentation
Familiarity with the Orlando, FL housing market and local real estate trends
Strong negotiation skills to act as an intermediary between buyers and listing agents
Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 per year
