Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status and delivery schedules

Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time product delivery

Manage production scheduling and material readiness to maintain workflow efficiency

Monitor production control activities to balance quality, cost, and timelines

Track material movement throughout the production cycle to prevent delays

Optimize schedules and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency

Maintain accurate documentation related to customer orders and schedules

Support additional operational and customer service tasks as needed
