Personal Lines Account Manager
who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and helping clients find the right insurance solutions. This position offers a great balance of client service and sales, with opportunities to grow within the agency.
Key Responsibilities Engage with new and existing clients to identify insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions Make outbound follow-up calls and build long-term client relationships Assist with policy changes, renewals, and billing questions Maintain a high level of product knowledge across auto, home, and other personal lines products Proactively reach sales and retention goals through consistent client contact and follow-up Accurately document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records The Ideal Candidate Will
Be confident, professional, and self-motivated Have a
sales-driven mindset
with a passion for achieving goals Communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing Bring energy, positivity, and persistence to every client interaction Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively Work well independently and as part of a supportive team Have solid computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office) Bilingual in Spanish
