What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or business insights (consulting, finance, operations, BI). Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. Strong skills in SQL, data querying, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience with predictive modeling, statistics, and financial analysis. Ability to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Core Competencies

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.
