Join Our Team as Account Manager! We are seeking an experienced

Account Manager

to join our

Personal Lines team . In this role, you’ll manage and grow an established book of business, working directly with clients and carriers to provide reliable, knowledgeable support. This position is ideal for someone who already understands personal lines insurance coverage and enjoys building strong client relationships. As an Account Manager, you’ll handle daily service needs, troubleshoot coverage questions, anticipate client issues, and ensure every interaction is timely, accurate, and professional. If you’re proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership of your book, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Client Service & Relationship Management: Lead as the primary contact for your assigned clients, delivering proactive support, guiding renewal and coverage conversations, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal partners. Policy & Coverage Management: Conduct thorough policy reviews, interpret coverage details, and provide clear recommendations while identifying opportunities to enhance or round out client protection. Marketing, Renewals & Placements: Manage the full marketing and renewal process by assembling submissions, remarketing accounts when needed, analyzing carrier quotes, and binding coverage with precision and accuracy. Account Administration & Financial Management: Oversee daily account administration by handling endorsements, invoicing, certificates, and ID cards while maintaining timely premium collection and ensuring all policy information is accurately documented. Compliance, Risk & Collaboration: Maintain compliance with agency guidelines, engage with carrier partners when necessary, and proactively recognize and report situations that may increase E&O exposure.

What You Bring

Education and Work Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of personal lines insurance. License or Certification Requirements: Possess and maintain a Colorado Property & Casualty Producer License Requires current Colorado driver’s license and acceptable MVR Strong Communication: Able to clearly and professionally support and guide clients. Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of personal lines coverage and policy options. Detail-Oriented: Accurate with documents, data, and follow-through. Problem Solver: Handles issues calmly and adapts quickly.

Pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, commensurate with experience. In addition to regular pay, this position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program.
