
Parts Counter Person – Harbor Chevrolet (Long Beach, CA)

Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders
Accurately look up, pull, and distribute parts using dealership systems
Maintain wellorganized parts stock and inventory levels
Process invoices, returns, and special orders
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff and customers
Support daily department operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Basic computer proficiency; experience with DealerTackor similar DMS is helpful
Assist with Multi-point inspection tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
