Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, needs, and concerns

Provide personalized financial guidance in areas such as insurance, retirement planning, investment strategies, and wealth protection

Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop tailored financial plans

Educate clients on financial concepts and solutions to help them make informed decisions

Recommend appropriate financial products and strategies in alignment with clients’ short- and long-term objectives

Monitor and review clients’ financial plans regularly and adjust strategies as life circumstances change

Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and company standards

Actively grow a client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with financial trends, products, and regulations

Qualifications

Language Requirements : Fluency in English; Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
