Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rockville, MD, for a Bilingual Sales Leasing Assistant Manager. The role involves managing customer lease agreements, assisting customers in the leasing process, and providing excellent sales and service support. Responsibilities include promoting Acima’s services, meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with retail partners.

Qualifications

Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

Strong communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in English and another language

Familiarity with leasing or financing processes and experience in retail or sales environments

Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, along with effective problem-solving skills

Proficiency with basic technology tools and software, such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office

Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus

Experience in customer-focused industries or roles is strongly preferred
