Overview This role is FULLY remote. The ideal candidate is a strong Databricks developer with deep experience in SaaS-based BI environments and the ability to support a team undergoing significant modernization and tool migration. They should be highly skilled in Python and SQL, with the ability to transition reporting and data workflows from SaaS platforms into Databricks. Experience with Adobe technologies—such as Commerce, AEP, Workfront Fusion, or Marketo—is valuable, as 25% of the work will occur outside the Adobe ecosystem. Familiarity with SAS EG and Base SAS is a plus, along with broad BI development experience. This candidate thrives in fast-changing environments and is comfortable working across multiple enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

Lead development of Data Campaigns and ensure successful design and integration with data to run personalized data‑driven campaigns across Omni/opt channel development and strategy. The incumbent will work closely with data campaign developers, subject matter experts, and business analysts to design, develop, and integrate solutions using data toolsets that support the suite of data solutions.

Mentor and guide other Data Campaign developers and QA, participate in project scoping and timeline estimations.

Use diverse toolset (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal, MODx, MySQL, CMS and Jira) and an understanding of data and segmentation rules to support the business.

Understand and develop HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and emerging data technologies.

Work closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, data campaign developers, and DQ Engineers to assist with project planning and scope management.

Develop information architecture.

Steward proper branding and style guidance.

Revise and improve designs based on user feedback, research, technical constraints, and business decisions.

Research and evaluate usability; analyze consumer usability.

Analyze business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic objectives.

Optimize information architecture to promote usability while accommodating technical needs/constraints.

Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user.

Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

Work with Enterprise Data Capabilities to track the enterprise master data plan and ensure budgets are spent in alignment with strategic capability goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Data Technology Certification preferred.

Minimum eight (8) years of experience leading, building, implementing, and supporting Data UI/UX campaign development efforts, quality and operations required.

Two (2) years of project management experience preferred.
