Architectural Designer – Project Designer role for a full-time position with 5-7 years of professional experience. Salary / Location
$78,000 - $90,000 annually. Location: Raleigh, NC, US (remote possible). This is a full-time position. Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the firm’s owner and with clients on a variety of project types. Work independently on multiple projects. Assist in assembling construction documents in Revit from concept through completion; provide best example sets when applying. Assess whether you would be comfortable managing a project, including visiting job sites during construction and responding to RFIs. Research materials, products, and building systems during the design and construction phases. Independently prioritize and manage tasks. Communicate and coordinate with collaborators, clients, building officials and consultants on a weekly basis. Qualifications
5-7 years of professional experience in architecture/design; Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or higher; working towards licensure. Proven experience in commercial construction; residential experience is a plus. Fluent in English. Experience putting together a construction documents set in Revit from concept through completion; please send best examples. Working knowledge of SketchUp; Rhino is a plus. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and willingness to expand skills with these programs. Ability to research materials, products, and building systems throughout design and construction phases. Ability to independently prioritize and manage tasks. Authorized to work in the United States.
