Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, Contractual Agreements, and Contract Management Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, identify key details, and interpret contract-related data Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and vendors Experience in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for contracts Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field Prior experience in contract management or procurement is preferred
